GLA is sourced from virgin cold-pressed evening primrose oil – this gentle extraction process retains naturally occurring plant sterols, triterpenes & polyphenols. Each box contains 60 softgels, providing a 30-day supply at a daily dosage of 1000 mg from 2 softgels.Adults: 2 softgels daily. For additional support, the dose may be doubled.

Children aged 12+: 1-2 softgels daily.
